We may track the number of visitors, but this tracking will not identify your personal information. We may also record the location of your computer on the internet for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes and to report aggregate information.

If you provide us with any personal details, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, this information will only be used by us for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry or reservation. Web analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files stored on your computer to enable analysis of website usage by you. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. In case of activated IP anonymization on this website, however, your IP address is previously truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is a full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf this website's owner, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports about website activities, and provide the website's operator with further services related to website and Internet usage. The IP address sent from your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data by Google. You can prevent storage of cookies by appropriately setting your browser software; in this case, however, please note that you might not be able to fully use all functions offered by this website. In addition, you can prevent data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being collected and processed by Google, by downloading and installing a browser plug-in from the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Web analysis with Piwik

To improve the structure and the data we offer on our website, we use the open source web analysis software "Piwik". Our evaluations will be based on summary or averaged information amalgamated for the large numbers of people visiting the website. The data provided by Piwik won't be matched with any individual's data from other sources, and we won't share the data provided by Piwik with third parties (except, perhaps, summary information such as total number of hits).

Data collected by Piwik includes IP, time and duration of the visit, which pages are visited, the used browser and add-ons/plugins, search-engines and referrer. While Piwik does use a cookie to distinguish between individual visitors, the collected data doesn't allow to identify individuals.

The data Piwik collects is never sent to other servers or to third parties; it is used in anonymised form to improve our services. IP addresses are stored in Piwik without the final tuple.  We know the network the query came from, not the specific computer.

You can deactivate data recording by Piwik here: Deactivate cookie

If your browser supports “do-not-track” technology and you have turned it on, your visit will be automatically ignored. By using this web site, you agree that the data Piwik collects about you may be processed in the manner previously described and for the purpose previously stated.
